We strive to keep our costs as low as possible, to pass great savings on to our customers!  For that reason, we don't operate expensive call-centers or inbound toll-free phone lines.  We are available to assist you with your orders and order-related questions via email at the following address:

We strive to respond to all emails within 48 hours (except weekends and holidays).  We usually reply to all emails within 24 hours or less.  Generally, all weekend emails will be replied to on Monday and holiday emails are answered as soon as possible following the holiday.

Our regular hours of business are Monday – Friday. 

Orders are shipping out Monday – Friday via USPS and UPS. As our business continues to expand over the coming months, we may be adding other shipping options. Our standard shipping is Media Mail on orders containing books and software, and Parcel Post for all others.  UPS will be used for larger orders at our discretion.   For more information, please visit our policies section and read our shipping policies.
